Important Information to Apply to CU*iP
- Applications Open: August 26, 2024
- Applications Close: October 23, 2024 at 5:00pm ET
- Decisions Sent & Registration Open: November 12, 2024
- Registration Deadline: December 4, 2024 at 5:00pm ET
- CU*iP 2025: January 24-26, 2025
You need to apply directly to the APS to attend a CU*iP conference between August 26, to October 23, 2024. APS will direct you to a nearby CU*iP site. The site will review your application and you are either accepted or declined. After you have been accepted, you will need to register and pay a $45 fee to confirm that you will actually be attending. Failure to pay the $45 fee will not allow you to go to a CU*iP site. Your home institution usually pays for the fee.
If your department is not covering the registration fee, and the $45 fee is causing financial hardship, you may request a fee waiver by contacting women@aps.org to request a registration fee waiver form. Please note, fee waiver requests must be made two days in advance of the registration deadline.
If you are a faculty member, chaperone or other non-undergraduate who wishes to attend the CU*iP at UConn please complete the non-undergraduate form here by October 23, 2024 at 5:00pm ET.
